These biscuits were not my favourite, as I mentioned. They also turned out to be not too popular across the family, Tonight though, we found the perfect rescue for them. We topped each biscuit with raspberry jam and then whipped cream. It was a bit like a devonshire tea scone, and we all had seconds. Yum.
