30 days of eating from home

Day five

This is how most of my veggies are stored – in zip lock bags in the freezer. March was busy to say the least, with lots of picking and packing, but we’re reaping the benefits now. Tonight’s mournay included french and broad beans, corn and tomatoes.

In our house this meal is a love letter to my husband. It’s his favourite food, and quite a way down on my list. This one’s for you, Mr Gorgeous!
